Joel's team did an excellent job! I had 7 offers on my home in the first 3 days and they helped me sell my home well over list price! They helped me stage my home and did a great job with the marketing. Also, they were able to get buyers to bid over list price and get the transaction closed even though our buyer had a tough inspection and appraisal process.
