Joel did an impeccable job with assisting us selling our home. When we first contacted Joel he immediately came to our home to walk us through the selling process. He provided market insight as well as guidance on how we should stage our home. Once we went on the market we had three offers within 24 hours! Two of the offers were above list price! This was possible due to the advice given by Joel as well as his extensive marketing campaign showcasing our home. Joel, great job and thanks again. You have clients for life!

Joel's team sold our home and did a fantastic job from start to finish. First, he informed us of the improvements we would need to make to get our house in a condition to move for the best price and in the shortest time frame. Throughout that process he was available to answer questions and provide contacts who could help with the various tasks we had to perform. Second, the listing process went fantastic as Joel made a point to take several good photos of our home with a professional camera and not a phone or other substandard device for photography. He made sure to accurately represent our home to buyers and play up its strengths while also getting us on many search engines/listings I did not know existed. Our house was on the market a mere two weeks (plus, we actually received an offer on our home the first day it listed). In terms of selling price, we got what we wanted for our house and Joel made sure to have our backs throughout the entire negotiating process. I would recommend Joel to ANYONE looking for an agent to sell their home efficiently and for the best price. Fantastic work!

We cannot recommend Joel enough. During our lengthy home search (~one year!) he never once displayed any anxiety to close the process. He always had our best interest in mind. His knowledge of local real estate dynamics (neighborhood popularity, traffic flows, building materials etc.) was invaluable in us making an informed purchase. Even his recommended contractors (Herndon the inspector, the cleaners, stucco inspectors etc.) displayed the utmost level of professionalism and integrity. He felt more like a friend and adviser than a realtor and thanks largely to him, we are now proud and happy homeowners!

We used Joel to sell our home and purchase our new home this summer! Joel is very experienced agent. He guided us with prepping our home, and doing repairs to put it on the market and we were able to sell our home in one month! With regards to buying our home, the main thing that struck for us, was that he was not acting like your typical agent! Meaning he did not try to persuade to us buy every single home that we saw. He would point out the obvious flaws and issue with the house (from repairs to lack of back yard, etc) anything that could not hurt us, he would point out. He was very patient and understandable of our needs! He is a very good agent!

Ahhhhh! Selecting the perfect real estate agent in the Metro Atlanta area is a piece of cake! As a Consumer Report's advocate, I research and let the numbers do the talking. I wanted an expert in the field of advertising, negotiating, setting up the house for success, dealing challenges that may arise, efficient, quick to return calls/texts, personable, and one who smiles. Well, all of those qualities are in with Joel Roberts. He guided me through the work in getting a house ready to go on the market, putting the house on the market during prime time (stager, photographer, brochures, etc.), and understanding the contract. Now matter how busy Joel was, he seemed to always have the time I needed with him. From the beginning to the actual closing Joel was always Spot-on. In my opinion Joel is the man to get the job done! How blessed we are to have him in our area!
