Joel's team was key to our relocation to Atlanta from out of state. Not only did he quickly gauge the right area for my wife and our family, he was able to put together an extensive property list of serious contenders that met most if not all of our wish list items in a very tight time-frame. Joel went above and beyond the call of 'typical' Realtor responsibilities including many of the (pre) purchase inspection walks on our behalf while we remained out of state.
